This was a fantastic opportunity. I've been wanting to live in a smaller, quieter house. I've known Joe for a few years and he's good people. He and I both wanted the same thing: a roommate we already knew; someone who keeps the house tidy, pays the bills on time, likes to hang out but respects wind down time. We're already geeking out about making the house comfy for both of us. I can't decide what I'm more in love with, the neighborhood, or his dog!

It's not at all what I was planning on, but my gut tells me this is right. No car yet, but I'll be about 20 yards from a bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the ferry.

So, I'm packing the truck this Saturday and then unloading it on Sunday. I'm still a bit short on people for the unloading process.
